Safety valve applications

Safety valve for clean, particle-free, low-viscosity fluids. Where the safety relief device must be installed and not suitable for installation of safety valve place, should install the rupture disc or safety valve and bursting disc in series.

Containers in any of the following conditions must be fitted with safety valves:

1, independent pressure system (with shut-off valve and other systems separate). The system refers to all-phase, all-liquid or gas-phase communication;

2, the pressure of the container is not the source of safety valve occasions;

3, design pressure is less than the pressure at the source of pressure vessels and pipes;

4, positive displacement pump and compressor outlet pipe;

5, due to the accumulation of non-condensable gas container overpressure;

6, furnace outlet pipe if there is a shut-off valve or control valve, upstream of the valve should be set safety valve;

7, due to technical accidents, accident control, power accidents, fire accidents and public accidents caused by overpressure parts;

8, the liquid due to the closure of the valve at both ends of the thermal expansion of the site;

9, condensate steam outlet pipe;

10, in some cases, due to the pump outlet check valve leakage, the pump inlet pipe set safety valve
